Balsamic Salad Dressing

Balsamic Salad Dressing

This balsamic salad dressing is one of our very favorites. I make it time and time again, and often have friends ask for the recipe! I got it years ago from someone somewhere (super specific, I know) and have changed it bit by bit to make it just right. Even though I love cooking, I tend to never actually follow recipes – or even make the same recipe twice. However, some specific recipes are ones that I make over and over again. Tweaking them over the years to exactly how I want them. I pretty much only share those tried and true recipes with you guys – and this is one of them!

You can also use this dressing as a marinade for chicken, over steak, or on top of grilled vegetables. And of course, as a salad dressing. It really is THAT good! It hits all the flavor points – sour, salty, sweet, bitter, & umami.

My favorite salad to put this on is a simple spinach salad with sliced strawberries, walnuts, & sometimes goat cheese. Simple yet incredibly delicious. I would love to hear how you use this dressing!
